日阪染色机性能提升研究

Study on Performance Improvement of the Hizaka Dyer

摘要 为了提高染色装载率和一次染色合格率,从结构和性能分析日阪染色机的设备现状,分析影响染色机性能和染色质量的关键因素,对比设计的2个改进方案并阐述其技术创新点。通过对比实施效果可知:方案2通过加装新直联式主泵、SETEX737CE型纺织电脑控制器和压差变送器,可精确控制并实时监测染色过程中各项工艺参数,使日阪染色机染色温度控制精度由原来的±2℃提高到±0.5℃,浴比由1∶8.5变为1∶8.2,入水实现分层数量控制,染色平均一次合格率提高为94.62%,年产量提高为130.49 t/锅,年均修色、染助剂、能源成本节约16.75万元。 In order to improve the loading rate of dyeing and the qualified rate of primary dyeing,the equipment status of the Hizaka dyer is analyzed from its structure and performance,and the key factors affecting the performance and dyeing quality of the machine are analyzed.The two designed improvement schemes are compared and the technical innovation points are described.By comparing the implementation effect,it can be seen that:in scheme 2,the new direct main pump,the textile computer controller SETEX737CE and differential pressure transmitter can be used to accurately control and real-timely monitor various process parameters in the dyeing process,so that the dyeing temperature control precision of the hitaka dyeer can be increased from±2℃to±0.5℃,bath ratio can be changed from 1∶8.5 to 1∶8.2,and the number of layers can be controlled by water injection.The average qualified rate of primary dyeing is increased to 94.62%,the annual output is increased to 130.49 t/pot,and the average annual cost of repairing color,dyeing additives and energy is saved 167500 yuan.
