摘要
云南省红河州建水(个旧)元阳高速公路项目他白依隧道地质条件复杂,施工过程中揭露的围岩均为全~强风化板岩、炭质灰岩,围岩破碎、松散,有千枚化现象,存在软岩大变形特点。分析并总结了超前固结注浆、径向注浆,超前管棚施做控制变形的施工要点并予以实施,取得了较好的效果,可为今后类似复杂地质条件下的隧道施工提供参考。
Tabaiyi Tunnel of Yuanyang Expressway project in Jianshui(Gejiu)of Honghe Prefecture in Yunnan Province is constructed under complex geological condition.The surrounding rock exposed during construction are strong weathered slate and carbonaceous limestone which are found to be broken,loose,phyllitic and easy to cause large deformation.This paper summarizes and puts into practice the key points of deformation control during construction by analyzing advanced consolidation grouting,radial grouting and advanced pipe shed.Good results are obtained through application of above technology and reference for construction of similar tunnel under complex geological condition is provided.
