摘要
某飞机主起落架通过轴承安装在机翼交点上,起落架落地时该部位轴承要求高轴向承载、耐磨损,常规的带装配槽金属对金属关节轴承的轴向承载能力弱,同时使用时容易出现轴承局部粘着磨损,从而使整个轴承失效,不能满足实际工况要求。为解决某飞机主起落架关节轴承低轴向承载和局部存在粘着磨损现象,提出了带法兰单边挤压自润滑新型轴承结构,对新型轴承开展了外形尺寸设计、自润滑层材料选择、机体材料选择、承载应力分析,同时对新型轴承开展了单边挤压工艺技术研究。轴承研制后进行了轴向静载和径向动磨损试验,试验结果满足要求。经试验表明:带法兰单边挤压新型自润滑关节轴承具有高轴向承载、耐磨损能力,可满足某飞机起落架交点工况要求。
The main landing gear of an aircraft was installed on the wing intersection through bearings,when the landing gear was landing,the bearings in this part required high axial load and wear resistance.Conventional metal-to-metal joint bearings with assembly grooves had assembly grooves and axial load capacity,which was weak,and was prone to local adhesive wear of the bearing when being used at the same time,so caused the entire bearing to fail,it could not meet the requirements of actual working conditions.In order to solve the problem of low axial load and local adhesion of the joint bearing of an aircraft’s main landing gear,a new type of self-lubricating bearing structure with flanged unilateral extrusion was proposed.The new type of bearing was finished with external dimensions,self-lubricating layer material selection,and body material selection and load-bearing stress analysis.At the same time,the unilateral extrusion technology research was carried out on the new type of bearing.After the bearing was developed,the axial static load and radial dynamic wear tests were carried out,and the test results met the requirements.Tests showed that new self-lubricating joint bearing with flanged unilateral extrusion had high axial load-bearing capacity and abrasion resistance,which could meet the requirements of the intersection of an aircraft’s landing gear.
