摘要
目的:分析静疗专科护理对经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)治疗的依从性及并发症。方法:选择2019年7月~2020年7月厦门医学院附属第二医院收治106例接受PICC治疗患者,按随机数表分为研究组和对照组各53例,两组患者均用桡动脉压迫器进行止血,对照组实施常规护理,研究组予以静疗专科护理,对两组依从性及并发症比较。结果:研究组患者治疗依从率92.45%高于对照组患者的79.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组静脉炎、导管脱出、导管堵塞等并发症发生率比对照组低,满意度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对接受PICC治疗患者行静疗专科护理可提高患者治疗依从性,减少并发症发生,能有效提升其临床总满意度。
Objective To analyze the compliance and complications of peripherally inserted central venous catheters(PICC)in the specialized nursing care of static therapy.Method From July 2019 to July 2020,106 patients who were admitted to the second Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen medical collage receiving PICC treatment were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.Both groups were hemostasis with radial artery compressor,and 53 patients in the control group received routine care.53 patients in the study group were given special care for static therapy,and the compliance and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment compliance rate of the study group was 92.45%,which was higher than 79.24%of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications such as phlebitis,catheter prolapse,and catheter blockage in the study group was lower than that of the control group;The satisfaction of the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Specialized nursing care of static therapy for patients receiving PICC treatment can improve patient compliance,reduce complications,and effectively improve their overall clinical satisfaction.
