摘要
对于毕业生全面实施就业指导与创业指导的实践工作具有显著意义,因为毕业生的就业创业指导工作有益于毕业生准确认识自身就业目标定位,进而帮助毕业生顺利完成就业创业的预期良好效果。高校辅导员应当负责毕业生的就业创业指导工作,引导毕业生正确看待与认识自身,紧密结合当前阶段时期的就业市场特征寻求最佳就业机遇,顺利过渡至岗位实践环节。因此,该文旨在探讨毕业生就业创业指导实践领域中的高校辅导员地位作用,合理完善毕业生的就业创业指导路径与对策。
It is of great significance for graduates to implement employment guidance and entrepreneurship guidance in an all-round way,because the employment and entrepreneurship guidance of graduates is beneficial to graduates’accurate understanding of their own employment goal orientation,then helps the graduate to complete the employment to start a business smoothly the anticipated good effect.College counselors should be responsible for the employment and entrepreneurship guidance of graduates,guide graduates to correctly view and understand themselves,closely combine the characteristics of the current stage of the employment market to seek the best employment opportunities,smooth transition to post practice.Therefore,this paper aims to explore the role of college counselors in the field of employment and entrepreneurship guidance for graduates,and reasonably improve the employment and entrepreneurship guidance path and countermeasures.
