摘要
                
                    制造业现代化的重要标志之一是工业机器人的大规模应用,我国制造业正处在重要的战略转型期,对工业机器人相关产业的人才需求与日俱增。该文为提高工业机器人应用人才的培养质量,提升职业院校毕业生和在岗技术人员的技术技能,基于CDIO教育模式构建了以构思、设计、实施和运行这4个阶段为主体的工业机器人应用技术培训体系。以CDIO教育模式培养工业机器人应用技术人才,达到了培养学员基础知识、个人能力、团队合作以及工程系统能力的目的,所培养的学员更能适应产业发展需求。
                
                The application of industrial robots is one of the important symbols of the modernization of the manufacturing industry.China’s manufacturing industry is in an important strategic transformation period,and the demand for talents in industrial robot related industries is increasing day by day.In order to improve the training quality of industrial robot applied talents,the technical skills of vocational college graduates and skilled workers are raised.Based on the CDIO education model,the application technology training system of industrial robots based on the four stages of conception,design,implementation and operation is constructed.The training of industrial robot applied technology talents by CDIO education model has reached the goal of training students’basic knowledge,individual ability,team cooperation and engineering system ability,and the trainees will be able to meet the needs of industrial development.
