摘要
在信息技术的发展下,很多单位的档案管理都运用了电子化的信息档案管理,从而促进信息档案管理的发展,也使得信息档案管理更加的方便。医院的信息档案内容涵盖较为多和复杂,传统的医院信息档案管理太过低效,管理耗费的时间较长,使得医院的信息档案管理得不到有效地发展,也很大程度上增加了医院信息档案管理的压力,促使医院的各项工作的效率相对降低。因此,在医院的信息档案管理中运用电子信息档案管理的方法,能够有效地避免这些问题的产生,使得医院的信息档案管理更加的便捷,可以很好地提高医院信息档案管理的效率,促进医院电子信息档案管理的发展。加强医院电子信息档案管理是发展医院电子信息档案管理的必要内容,是完善医院电子信息档案管理的必要手段。本文主要研究加强医院电子信息档案建设和管理的策略。
With the development of information technology,many units use electronic information file management,which promotes the development of information file management and makes information file management more convenient.The contents of hospital information file cover more and more complex,efficiency of hospital work.the traditional hospital information file management is too inefficient,the management takes a long time,so that the hospital information file management can not be ef fectively developed.It also increases the pressure of hospital information file management and reduces the efficiency of hospital work.Therefore,the application of electronic information file management in hospital information file management can effectively avoid these problems and make hospital information file management more convenient.It can improve the efficiency of hospital information file management and promote the development of hospital electronic information file management.Strengthening hospital electronic information file management is a necessary content to develop hospital electronic information file management and a necessary means to perfect hospital electronic information file management.This paper mainly studies the strategy of strengthening the construction and management of hospital electronic information archives.
