摘要
为解决五轮山煤矿采煤工作面上隅角瓦斯超限问题,缓解采、掘衔接紧张现状,提出了采用混凝土块砌墙方式的沿空留巷技术。通过对留巷墙体混凝土砌块强度、砌墙工艺、墙体稳定性控制等方面进行分析研究,提出了适合矿井条件下沿空留巷方案。应用后表明:混凝土块砌墙能够有效的保证顶板的稳定性及完整性,沿空留巷断面为原断面的72%,满足巷道使用要求。利用留巷巷道实现了采煤工作面的Y型通风方式,消除了瓦斯积聚,同时有效缓解了矿井采掘接续紧张局面。
In order to solve the problem of gas overrun in the upper corner of Wulunshan coal mine and relieve the tension of mining,the gob side entry retaining technology with concrete block wall was proposed.Through the analysis and research on the strength of concrete block,wall building technology and wall stability control,the scheme of retaining roadway along goaf was put forward.The application shows that:the concrete block wall effectively ensured the stability and integrity of the roof,and the cross section of gob side entry retaining was 72%of the original section,which met the requirements of roadway use.The Y-type ventilation mode of coal mining face was realized by the reserved roadway,which eliminated the gas accumulation and effectively relieved the tension of mining。
