摘要
针对滑移装载机倾翻载荷小,卸高和卸距小等劣势,基于四杆机构的布置方式进行研究,将滑移装载机的垂直举升机构进行了分类,分析3种构型特点,设计垂直举升机构举升能力和垂直举升性能曲线,并绘制市面上销量较好的12个型号滑移装载机产品所采用垂直举升机构的性能曲线;建立垂直举升机构尺寸参数优化程序,并以铲斗轨迹为约束条件,以举升能力为优化目标对构型2进行机构参数优化,使机构性能得到显著提升。
In view of disadvantages of small tipping load,low dump height and small reach of skid steer loader,the research is carried out on basis of layout of four-bar mechanism,the vertical lifting mechanisms of skid steer loader are classified,the characteristics of three configurations are analyzed,curve of lift capacity and vertical lift performance of vertical lifting mechanism is designed,and performance curves of vertical lifting mechanism used in 12 models of skid steer loaders with good sales in the market are drawn.The optimization program for dimension parameters of vertical lifting mechanism is established,and with the bucket trajectory as the constraint condition,the lift capacity as the optimization objective,the mechanism parameters of the 2^(nd) Configuration are optimized,which significantly improves the performance of the mechanism.
