摘要
可植入性后房型屈光晶状体(ICL)植入术作为屈光不正的主要矫正方法之一,具有良好的安全性、有效性、可逆性等优势,目前正逐渐被人们所接受。尽管ICL的材料和设计逐渐改进,但术后并发症仍有可能发生,如并发性白内障、继发性青光眼、角膜内皮细胞损伤等,可影响术后效果,甚至需再次手术。现就ICL植入术后相关并发症的分类、发病机制、预防及治疗措施等方面进行综述。
Posterior chamber refractive lens(ICL)implants are now gradually accepted as one of the main correction methods for refractive errors with good safety,effectiveness,reversibility and other advantages.Although the materials and design of the ICL have gradually improved,there are various postoperative complications in ICL implants,such as complicated cataract,secondary glaucoma,and corneal endothelial cell injury,which can alter the postoperative effect and even require another operation.This article reviews the classification,pathogenesis,prevention and treatment measures of these complications after ICL implantation.
