摘要
目的了解直升机飞行员飞行疲劳状况,分析疲劳相关因素,为航空卫生保障工作提供参考依据。方法采用疲劳量表14(FS-14)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)问卷,测定90名直升机飞行员的疲劳指数和睡眠质量。与同期歼击机飞行员的比较,并根据直升机机型和飞行时间分组进行统计学分析。结果直升机飞行员的疲劳指数略高于歼击机飞行员,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。直升机飞行员的睡眠指数高于常模(P<0.001)。飞行时间>1000 h的直升机飞行员的疲劳指数高于飞行时间≤1000 h飞行员。武装型直升机飞行员的疲劳指数高于运输型直升机飞行员。躯体疲劳、脑力疲劳及疲劳总分与睡眠指数的相关系数(r=0.586,P<0.001;r=0.461,P<0.001;r=0.617,P<0.001)有统计学意义。结论直升机飞行员的飞行疲劳与睡眠指数正相关,应关注不同类型直升机飞行员的飞行疲劳状况。
Objective To find out about the flight fatigue status of helicopter pilots,analyze fatigue-related factors and provide reference for aviation health.Methods The fatigue index and sleep quality of 90 helicopter pilots were measured using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)questionnaire and FS-14 Fatigue Scale.The result was compared with the data on 67 fighter pilots and statistical analysis was performed according to helicopter types and flight time grouping.Results The fatigue index of helicopter pilots was slightly higher than that of fighter pilots,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).The sleep index of helicopter pilots was higher than the norm(P<0.001).The fatigue index of helicopter pilots with flight time>1000 h was higher than that of pilots with flight time≤1000 h.The fatigue index of armed helicopter pilots was higher than that of transport helicopter pilots.The correlation coefficient between physical fatigue,mental fatigue and total fatigue scores and the sleep index was 0.586,0.461 and 0.617,respectively,P<0.001.Conclusion The level of flight fatigue in helicopter pilots is positively correlated with the sleep index.Attention should be paid to flight fatigue of helicopter pilots of different types.
