Mn添加对CuO-ZnO/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂及其催化加氢性能的影响

Effect of Mn in CuO-ZnO/Al_(2)O_(3) as Catalyst for Catalysis Hydrogenation Properties

摘要 采用共沉淀法进行催化剂制备,考察了助剂Mn对CuO-ZnO/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂晶粒及其在1,4-环己烷二甲酸二甲酯(DMCD)加氢制备1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)反应性能的影响,通过SEM、TEM、H2-TPR等手段对催化剂理化性质进行表征分析。结果表明,Mn的添加促进了Cu物种的分散,使晶粒尺寸更加均一,提高了催化剂的活性和选择性。采用Mn改性后的CuO-ZnO-MnOx/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂,在入口温度210℃、系统压力5.0 MPa、空速0.2 h^(-1)、氢/酯物质的量比140的条件下,DMCD转化率>99%,CHDM选择性>97.2%,催化剂连续稳定运行1000 h。 The Cu-based catalyst for hydrogenation of DMCD was prepared by a co-precipitation method.The effect of Mn on the structure of CuO-ZnO/Al_(2)O_(3) and catalytic performance was examined in the hydrogenation of DMCD.The catalysts were characterized by SEM,TEM and H2-TPR.The results showed that the addition of Mn in the catalyst improved the dispersion of Cu,and enforced the uniformation of average particle size of Cu.This modified catalyst possessed high activity and selectivity.In the hydrogenation of DMCD,the DMCD conversion and CHDM selectivity were more than 99%and 97.2%,respectively.The optional condition wereas followings:inlet temperature at 210℃,pressure of 5.0 MPa,liquid phase space velocity of 0.2 h^(-1),mole ratio of H2/ester at 140.Meanwhile,a stability test was carried for 1000 h.
