摘要
现有除垢洗井车主要用于常规洗井除垢作业,与连续管作业不配套,设备利用率低,影响整体经济性和作业效果。为此,开发了连续管洗井液循环处理装置。该装置采用橇装式结构,包含过滤、反洗和浓缩3个主要功能模块,具有流程短、自动化程度高和工艺适应性强等特点。现场应用结果表明:该装置运行稳定,出水达到油田C3级注水水质,成功实现了作业液闭式循环利用,单井清水用量减少90%以上;污液在线浓缩,减量化处理,有效降低了环保压力;通过PLC自动控制和逻辑判定,过滤、反洗和浓缩流程实现了自动在线切换,人工干预少。连续管洗井液循环处理装置的开发和应用完善了连续管作业配套,其在线处理能力完全满足连续管洗井循环要求,降低了现场对罐车的依赖性,对于连续管快速洗井作业技术的推广应用具有促进作用。
Existing descaling and well-flushing trucks are mainly applied for conventional descaling and well flushing operations, which are not applicable for coiled tubing operation. Low utilization of existing trucks deteriorates the general economy and operation results. Therefore, a coiled tubing flushing fluid recycling treatment unit was developed according to the requirements for coiled tubing well flushing. This unit adopts skid-mounted structure, including three main function modules of filtration, backwashing and concentration, with the characteristics of short process, high automation and good adaptability. The field test results show that, the unit runs stably;the effluent water reaches C3 injection water quality, realizing closed recycling of operating fluid successfully, and the consumption of clean water per well is reduced by more than 90%. Online concentration and reduction treatment of sewage liquid relieve the pressure of environmental protection effectively. The application of PLC automatic control and logic judgment realizes online automatic switch between filtration, backwashing and concentration processes, with less manual intervention. The development of the coiled tubing flushing fluid recycling treatment unit improves the existing coiled tubing operation unit effectively and its online processing capacity fully meets the requirements of coiled tubing well-flushing cycle. Its application could reduce in-site dependence on tank trucks and motivate the application of rapid well-flushing technique with coiled tubing.
