海底管道砂袋堆叠防护效果数值模拟

Numerical simulation of protection effect of sandbag stack for submarine pipeline

摘要 为了避免海底管道悬空及其他危害,砂袋堆叠是常见保护管道的措施,但抛填的砂袋易被海流冲走而失去保护管道的效果。基于κ-ε湍流模型,建立覆盖海底管道的砂袋堆叠周围的二维流场模型,模拟单向流下不同形式砂袋堆叠周围流场分布及变化规律,进而优化砂袋堆叠方案。模拟结果表明:砂袋堆叠前后受到的压力差随砂袋堆叠堤倾角减小而减小,且砂袋堆叠堤倾角大于23.2°时,来流在砂袋堆叠后方下倾角内形成明显漩涡;砂袋堆叠顶宽大于3 m时,砂袋堆叠前后受到的压力差变化不明显,但顶宽小于3 m时,压力差会急剧上升;增加砂袋堆叠高度会大幅度地增加压力差,且堆叠高度越高,压力差增长速度越快。 In order to protect the submarine pipeline from being suspended and other hazards,the sandbag stack is a common measure to protect the pipeline,but the sandbags are easily washed away by current and lose the effect of protecting pipeline.Based on theκ-εturbulence model,this paper establishes a two-dimensional flow field model around the sandbag stack,simulates the distribution and variation of the flow field around different forms of sandbag stack under unidirectional flow,and optimizes the sandbag stack scheme.The simulation results show that the pressure difference in front and rear of the sandbag stack decreases with the decrease of the sandbag stack inclination angle,and when the inclination angle is greater than 23.2°,the incoming flow forms a significant vortex within the rear and down inclination place of the sandbag stack;when the sandbag stack top width is greater than 3 m,the pressure difference between in front and rear of the sandbag stack does not change obviously;but when the top width is less than 3 m,the pressure difference will rise sharply;increasing the sandbag stack height will greatly increase the pressure difference,and the higher the stacking height is,the faster the pressure difference will grow.
