摘要
工程技术人员在编制吊装方案时,如果对构件整体翻转竖立过程受力不了解,方案编制就无法突出编制重点。以某电厂钢栈桥大截面桁架柱构件整体吊装翻转为例,总结分析了吊装翻转过程荷载变化的特点,详细说明翻转过程各项参数数据,提出了大截面桁架柱构件整体吊装翻转过程中的注意事项,为工程技术人员在编制方案时提供参考和借鉴。
When the engineers and technicians prepare the hoisting scheme,if they don’t understand the pulling force in the process of overall fliping and standing up of the components,the scheme preparation cannot highlight the key points of preparation. In this paper,taking the fliping and standing up of large section truss column members of a steel trestle of a power plant as an example,the characteristics of load change during the fliping and standing up process are summarized and analyzed;the parameter data in the turnover process is explained in detail;and the precautions in the overall hoisting turnover process of the large section truss column members are put forward;thus it would provide reference for the engineers and technicians in compiling the scheme.
