摘要
结合郑州地铁运营过程中出现的2起齿轮箱典型故障,通过对齿轮箱拆解检查,进行相关的检测分析,追溯齿轮箱箱体生产工艺,并从结构设计方面进行分析,最终明确了故障原因,并针对相应的缺陷提出了优化措施,可以为其他项目类似结构的齿轮箱检修及故障分析提供参考。
Based on the two typical gearbox faults in operation of Zhengzhou metro,through the disassembly and inspection of the gearbox,the relevant detection and analysis are carried out,the production process of the gearbox is traced,and the structural design is analyzed. Finally,causes of the faults are identified,and the optimization measures are put forward for the corresponding defects. It can provide reference for gearbox maintenance and fault analysis of the similar structure in other projects.
