摘要
以某工程长期存放的预应力混凝土小箱梁为研究对象,对小箱梁拱度值进行测量,分析小箱梁拱度值分布规律,并与理论计算结果进行对比,对偏差原因进行分析,通过静荷载试验检验梁体技术状况。结果表明,在正常使用极限状态跨中最大正弯矩作用下,结构的应力、挠度校验系数满足荷载试验规范要求,试验梁测试断面未发生开裂,处于弹性工作状态。
Taking the prestressed concrete small box-girder that have been stored for a long time in a project as the research object,the camber value of the small box-girders is measured,the distribution of the camber value is analyzed,and the results are compared with the theoretical value,the reasons for the deviation are analyzed,and the technical condition of the girder is tested through the static load test.The results show that:under the action of the maximum positive moment in the middle of the span at the serviceability limit state,the stress and deflection verification coefficient of the structure meet the requirements of the load test method,and the test section of the girder is in elastic working state without cracking.
