摘要
电网设备利用率是体现电力系统经济运行的重要指标,电网设备利用效率提升是对电网规划、建设、运行、管理的主要目标。为实现电网设备利用率优化,首先基于设备利用率指标相关性深入分析,明确设备利用率影响主要因素,然后提出优化原则,构成评估指标体系,以指导电网设备利用趋于合理区间,确保电网效率效益最大化,对电网资产的管理有很强的推动作用。
The utilization rate of power grid equipment is an important index to reflect the economic operation of power system.Improving the utilization efficiency of power grid equipments is the main goal of power grid planning,construction,operation,and management.In order to realize the optimization of the utilization rate of power grid equipments,firstly,based on the in-depth analysis of the correlation of equipment utilization index,the main factors affecting equipment utilization rate are clarified,and then the optimization principle is proposed to form an evaluation index system,so as to guide the utilization of power grid equipments to a reasonable range,ensure the maximization of power grid efficiency and benefit,and play a strong role in promoting the management of power grid assets.
