摘要
近年来,智慧农业推广已经成为了国家层面的战略。从传统农业推广政策所暴露的种种问题中可以发现,智慧农业推广不能仅依靠其中经济主体的道德自律,而应当将经济伦理渗透入政策之中。总体而言,在智慧农业推广政策本身中和政策的施行所形成的制度环境中都应当具备经济伦理要素,保证其在经济层面上的道德性。
In recent years,smart agricultural extension has become a strategy at the national level.From the various problems exposed by the traditional agricultural extension policy,it can be found that the smart agricultural extension should not only rely on the moral self-discipline of the economic subject,but should infiltrate the economic ethics into the policy.Generally speaking,there should be economic and ethical elements in the smart agricultural extension policy itself and in the institutional environment formed by the implementation of the policy to ensure its morality at the economic level.
