摘要
以聚己内酯二元醇(PCL2000)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为原料,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂,制备水性聚氨酯预聚体,选择双-[4-(2-羟基乙氧基)苯基]砜进行改性,得到改性水性聚氨酯(FWPUS)乳液。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、热分析(TG),力学性能分析、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和乳液粒径对水性聚氨酯胶膜进行了性能测试。结果表明:在2θ=21°处,FWPUS与WPU相比,更易形成结晶区;FWPUS的胶膜的最大拉伸强度提升87.84%,最大断裂伸长率提高了173.78%;耐水性增强214.40%;当胶膜分解50%时,热分解温度提高18.12%,分解温度达365℃;将FWPUS应用于纸张表面,对纸张进行表面施胶,水接触角提高287.76%;耐折度提高347.06%。
The modified waterborne polyurethane emulsions(FWPUS)was prepared by modifying the waterborne polyurethane prepolymers which were synthesized with poly caprolactone glycol(PCL2000)and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)as raw material,dihydroxy methyl propionic acid(DMPA)as hydrophilic chain extender by bis-[4-(2-hydroxyethoxy)phenyl]sulfone,respectively.The structure of bis-[4-(2-hydroxyethoxy)phenyl]sulfone was characterized by 1HNMR.The structure and properties of the waterborne polyurethane film were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,TG,Mechanical properties analysis,SEM and Emulsion particle size.The results show that at 2θ=21°,FWPUS are more likely to form crystallization region than WPU.Compared with WPU,the maximum tensile strength of FWPUS films increased by 87.84%,and the maximum elongation at break increased by 173.78%.Water resistance increased by 214.40%.When the film decomposition is 50%,the thermal decomposition temperature increased by 18.12%,the decomposition temperature reached 365℃.When the FWPUS was applied to the paper surface,the contact angle of water was increased by 287.76%,and the folding resistance was increased by 347.06%.
