摘要
目的分析细节管理在妇产科优质护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年11月~2020年5月我院产科收治的130例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各65例。对照组给予传统优质护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施细节管理,比较两组患者护理满意度及护患纠纷事件的发生情况。结果观察组护理满意度(86.15%)高于对照组(63.08%),护患纠纷事件发生率(3.08%)低于对照组(18.46%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科优质护理中实施细节管理,可提高患者护理满意度,降低护患纠纷事件的发生,值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of detail m anagement to high quality nurs ing in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 130 cases of obstetric patients in our hospital from November 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into cont rol group and observation group,65 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional high-quality nursing,and the observation group was given detail management on the basis of the control group,the nursing satisfaction and the occurrence of nurse patient disputes were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(86.15%)was higher than that of the control group(63.08%),and the incidence of nurse patient disputes(3.08%)was lower than that of the control group(18.46%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detail management to high quality nursing in obstetrics and gynecology can improve patients'nursing satisfaction and reduce the occurrence of nurse patient disputes,which is worthy of promotion and application.
