沙坪二级水电站机组闸门实时协调控制策略研究 被引量:5

摘要 沙坪二级水电站在实际调度运行中由于入库流量变化频繁、水库调节能力较差等因素造成出入库流量无法维持动态平衡,导致了大量的闸门操作。为了解决该问题,提出了基于一定负荷调整余量的机组闸门实时协调控制策略,策略分为水位超上限、水位超下限和水位不超限3种控制模式。以实际数据进行滚动模拟计算,结果表明,该控制策略能够保证水库水位处于安全区间并且减小电站闸门操作次数,同时得到电站最优的负荷调整余量为120 MW。 In the actual operation of Shaping Ⅱ Hydropower Station, the inflow and outflow cannot maintain dynamic balance due to frequent inflow changes and poor reservoir regulation capacity, which results a large number of gate operations. In order to solve this problem, a real-time coordinated control strategy of unit gates is proposes based on certain load adjustment allowance. The strategy is divided into three control modes of water level exceeding upper limit, water level lowering lower limit and water level keeping between upper and lower limits. The rolling simulation calculations are carried out based on actual data, and the results show that the proposed control strategy can ensure the water level of reservoir in a safe interval and reduce the number of gate operations of the power station, and at the same time, the optimal load adjustment margin of the power station can be determined as 120 MW.
