摘要
文中以2021年5月福州市建设工程材料价格为基准,分析了福州市华林路东延伸段道路工程,对软基处理方案在项目投资方面的影响进行对比分析,结果显示:深层水泥搅拌桩技术较其他软基处理技术方案综合单价降低约51.78%,投资减少约459万元,具有显著的经济效益。同时,深层水泥搅拌桩加固技术具有无振动、低噪声、对周边环境污染小的特点,采用该技术具有明显的环境效益。
In May 2021 in fuzhou construction engineering material price as a benchmark,the analysis of the fuzhou city shenyang road east extension section of road engineering,the soft foundation treatment scheme,this paper compares and analyzes the influence of the project investment results show that the deep cement mixing pile technology than other soft foundation processing plan comprehensive unit price about 51.78%lower,lower investment of about 4.59 million yuan,It has significant economic benefits;At the same time in the construction of deep cement mixing pile reinforcement technology has the characteristics of no vibration,low noise,little pollution to the surrounding environment,the use of this technology has significant environmental benefits.
