摘要
针对采煤工作面刮板输送机的特点和作业环境的特殊性,在现有的有线控制装置的基础上,设计了一种刮板输送机无线控制装置;装置分为无线手持终端和无线固定终端,无线通信采用基于LoRa技术的低功耗长距离射频模块,控制器采用STM32低功耗微处理器,两终端利用无线通信方式实现对刮板输送机的控制;阐述了总体设计方案和软硬件的实现。试验表明:装置可靠性、灵敏度高,补充了对刮板输送机的控制方式。
According to the characteristics of scraper conveyor in coal mining face and the particularity of working environment, a wireless control device of scraper conveyor is designed based on the existing wired control device. The device is divided into wireless handheld terminal and wireless fixed terminal. The wireless communication adopts low-power long-distance RF module based on LoRa technology. The controller adopts STM32 low-power microprocessor. The two terminals control the scraper conveyor by wireless communication. The overall design scheme and the realization of software and hardware are described. The experiment shows that the device has high reliability and sensitivity, which supplements the control mode of scraper conveyor.
