新技术环境下城市交通智能网联管控关键技术研究

Research on Key Technologies of Urban Traffic Intelligent Networking Management and Control in the New Technology Environment

摘要 为缓解城市道路交通高峰严重拥堵的问题,在网联大数据驱动的新技术环境下,建立数据交互应用体系,规范多模式交通系统设备物联、系统平台互联数据共享。以多源交通大数据为基础,以问题为导向,解析刻画动、静态交通场景,建立典型拥堵场景目标导向的靶向治理优化方法体系。打造"感控一体化"的前端多元感知控制设备,升级构建面向非饱和交通动态变化的实时响应控制、面向过饱和交通均衡疏堵的主动调控新技术新系统。构建"端云一体化"智慧交通协同管控体系,研发新一代大数据驱动的城市交通智能网联管控与服务平台。形成系列具有自主知识产权的城市交通动态管控与协同服务理论体系、关键技术、装备系统及标准规范,为全国道路交通管控科技水平提升和出行服务改善提供科学支撑。 In the new technology environment driven by the big data of the network,the article focuses on the urgent needs of urban road traffic congestion and establishes a data interaction application system,which standardizes the data sharing and interaction among multi-mode transportation systems,equipment and platforms.Based on multi-source traffic big data,the project analyzes and characterizes dynamic and static traffic scenes in the view of existed problems and further builds up a target-oriented optimization method system for typical congestion scenarios.Through creating a front-end multi-sensing control equipment with"sensing and control integration",the new technology and new system are upgraded,which realize the real-time response control for unsaturated traffic dynamic changes as well as active regulation and control for oversaturated traffic.To set up an"end-cloud integration"smart transportation collaborative management and control system,and develops a new generation of big data-driven urban traffic intelligent network management and service platform.Moreover,a series of urban traffic dynamic control and collaborative service theoretical systems,key technologies,equipment systems and standard specifications with independent intellectual property rights have been formed,which provides key support for upgrading of national traffic control technology and the improvement of travel services.
