摘要
红色文化融入老年游学具有广泛的当代价值,是开展党史学习教育以及老年教育的重要依托,是构建服务全民终身教育体系的政治保障,是提升社区治理体系和治理能力现代化的内在要求,是丰富社区老年教育资源,拓展社区老年教育途径的内在需要,是实现乡村振兴的现实需要。在红色文化融入老年游学实施策略方面要做到科学设计红色游学线路,党建引领老年游学课程实施,党企行校共建老年体验学习基地,联合社会力量共同参与管理。在课程设计方面要坚持政治性、知识性、故事性、参与性相融合,科学处理点和面关系,实现老年教育与党史学习教育的有机融合,讲好红色故事,发挥老年人在传承中华优秀传统文化、引导全社会特别是青少年培育和践行社会主义核心价值观等方面的积极作用,形成具有特色的老年游学教育模式。
The integration of the Red Culture and the study tour for the aged has a wide range of contemporary values.It provides an important support for the education of the Party's history study and that for the aged,and a political guarantee for the construction of a lifelong education system that serves the whole people.It serves as the inherent demand to promote the modernization of community governance system and capability,to enrich community education resources for the elderly,to expand the way of community education for the elderly,and to realize the reality of rural revitalization.In the implementation of the integration of the red culture into the old-age study tour,we should insist on the scientific design of the red study tour route,the leading of the Party construction in the whole process,the joint construction of the old-age experience study base by the party,enterprises,schools and colleges,and the co-management with different social forces.In the aspect of curriculum design,we should stick to the integration of politics,knowledge,stories and participation,deal with kinds of relationship scientifically,realize the organic integration of the education for the aged and the study of the party history,tell the red stories well,give full play to the positive role of the elderly in inheriting the excellent traditional Chinese Culture and guiding the whole society,especially the young people,to cultivate and practice the core socialist values,so as to form a distinctive educational model for the aged.
