摘要
行政人员作为高职院校治理体系的关键一环,是学校内部治理的重要参与和执行主体,在高职院校“双高”建设进程中作用与教师同等重要。本文探讨了“双高”建设背景下对高职院校行政人员实施激励的重要意义,分析了当前高职院校行政人员激励面临的主要困境,在此基础上聚焦制度建设以营造发展环境,以奋斗者为本实施差异化激励和打造事业共同体三个方面提出了优化高职院校行政人员激励的思路。
As a key part of the governance system of higher vocational colleges,administrative personnel are the important participants and executors of the internal governance of higher vocational colleges.They play the same important role as teachers in the process of“double high”construction of higher vocational colleges.This paper discusses the significance of incentive for administrators in higher vocational colleges under the background of“double high”construction,and analyzes the main difficulties faced by the current incentive for administrators in higher vocational colleges.On this basis,it puts forward some suggestions to optimize the incentive for administrators in higher vocational colleges from three aspects:focusing on system construction to create a development environment,taking the striver as the foundation,implementing differentiated incentive and building business community ideas.
