摘要
“一带一路”政策背景下,云南省尚未形成有效运行的跨境物流联盟。通过调研云南省跨境口岸及大型跨境物流企业得出云南的跨境物流运作主要形式有成立境外分公司和跨境直通运输,存在的困难是境外节点和线路限制以及成本过高。组建跨境物流联盟的制约因素主要有境内外物流企业缺乏合作意识、物流量不均衡以及缺乏各方认可的利益分配机制。从跨境物流联盟内部契约机制、信息平台、利益分配机制建设等方面进行分析,为云南的跨境物流联盟发展提出了对策。
Under the background of the“Belt and Road”policy,the development of cross-border logistics in Yunnan Province has not yet formed an effective cross-border logistics alliance.Through research on cross-border ports and large-scale cross-border logistics companies in Yunnan Province,it is concluded that the main forms of cross-border logistics operations in Yunnan include the establishment of overseas branches and cross-border direct transportation.The difficulties are the restrictions on overseas nodes and routes and the high costs.The main restrictive factors for the formation of cross-border logistics alliances are the lack of cooperation awareness of domestic and foreign logistics enterprises,the imbalance of material flow,and the lack of a benefit distribution mechanism recognized by all parties.This article analyzes the internal contract mechanism,information platform,benefit distribution mechanism construction of the cross-border logistics alliances,and puts forward countermeasures for the development of the cross-border logistics alliances in Yunnan.
