摘要
2011年至2020年,川渝地区石窟及摩崖造像相关调查研究成果中,基础资料的公布成果数量剧增,公布材料更为全面。逐步重视对小型散见窟龛的调查,此前偏重于川北地区的情况有所改变,川东及川西地区系统调查已经开展。同时,研究成果大量涌现。除了传统的题材、样式风格、石刻题记等方面的研究,越来越多地以某一区域或某一时代的窟龛为研究对象,在更大的空间和时间范围内探讨川渝窟龛的发展变化;也有从建筑、景观等新的视角展开探讨。但是,基础资料公布不够、考古报告出版速度慢、已刊布资料信息不够全面、重视窟龛本地而忽略周边遗址等问题制约了相关研究开展。部分区域基础性的分区分期研究有待扩展和深入,对作为当前研究主体的题材的阐释存在大量重复性讨论,从基础的造像题材释读提升到对民众思想观念、信仰状况的研究需要重点关注。
This paper systematically summarizes the surveys and studies on grottoes and cliff carvings in Sichuan and Chongqing from 2011 to 2020. In terms of the publication of basic materials, the number of achievements has increased dramatically, with a more comprehensive publication of materials. Reversed from focusing on northern Sichuan, scholars have been paying more attention on small-sized and scattered caves and niches, and carried out systematic investigations in eastern and western Sichuan. At the same time, a large number of research findings have emerged, in addition to traditional research subjects such as themes, styles and inscriptions, scholars are increasingly targeting the caves or niches in a certain region or a specific era, and explore the development and change of the grottoes and cliff carvings in Sichuan and Chongqing in a larger space-time range. There are also studies from new perspectives, such as architecture, landscape and so on. However, research progress is still limited due to insufficiently released basic materials and overdue publications of archaeological reports, as well as over emphasis on the grottoes and cliff carvings themselves and ignorance of their neighboring sites. Fundamental research on subdivision and periodization in certain regions are worthy to be expanded and deepened. The interpretation of themes is the main subject at the present stage, which has been repeatedly discussed, while more attentions are required on the study of people’s ideology and religious beliefs through the interpretation of themes.
