摘要
金川集团龙首矿西二采区在由下向分层胶结充填法转为无底柱分段崩落法时,需要崩落或冒落大面积胶结充填体及上部覆岩为崩落法采场形成覆盖层。通过分析覆盖层形成技术,选择采用诱导冒落技术形成西二采区覆盖层,随后对胶结充填体及上覆岩层的可冒性进行了分析,并结合西二采区实际情况制定了具体的诱导冒落实施方案。在该技术方案实施过程中,采用微震监测、现场跟踪观测以及地表沉降监测等技术手段,对崩落法采场顶板的冒落过程进行了实时动态监测。监测结果表明,西二采区利用诱导冒落技术安全顺利地使采场顶板胶结充填体冒落形成了覆盖层,为西二采区成功由充填法转向崩落法奠定了良好的基础,对类似矿山具有工程借鉴意义。
When the West No.2 mining area of Longshou Mine in Jinchuan Group changed from downward slicing cemented filling method to non-pillar sublevel caving method, large area cemented backfill and overlying strata are needed to collapse to form overburden layer for caving stope. By analyzing the formation technology of overburden layer, the induced caving technology was selected to form the overburden layer in the West No.2 mining area. Then, the caving ability of cemented backfill and overlying strata was analyzed, and the specific induced caving implementation scheme was formulated in combination with the actual situation of the West No.2 mining area. During the implementation of the technical scheme, the real-time dynamic monitoring of the roof caving process in the caving stope was carried out by means of microseismic monitoring, on-site tracking observation and surface settlement monitoring. The monitoring results show that, using the induced caving technology in the West No.2 mining area, the cemented backfill of the stope roof has been safely and smoothly caved to form a overburden layer, which lays a good foundation for the successful transition from filling method to caving method in the West No.2 mining area, and has an engineering reference for similar mines.
