摘要
目的探讨复合玛咖片对小鼠缓解体力疲劳功能的影响。方法健康雌性ICR小鼠240只,分为4个实验组,在连续给予受试物30d后,分别进行负重游泳实验和血清尿素、肝糖原、血乳酸测定。结果连续灌胃30d后,0.500g/(kg·BW)组小鼠的负重游泳时间长于阴性对照组(P<0.05);0.500g/(kg·BW)组小鼠的血清尿素含量明显低于阴性对照组(P<0.05);1.500g/(kg·BW)组小鼠的肝糖原含量高于阴性对照组(P<0.05)。结论复合玛咖片具有缓解体力疲劳功能。
Objective To study the effect of Compound Maca tablet on relieving Physical Fatigue in mice.Methods A total of 240 healthy male ICR mice were divided into 4 batches.After 30 days of continuous administration,weight loading swimming experiment,serum urea nitrogen test,liver glycogen test,and blood lactic acid test after exercise were conducted respectively.Results After continuous gavage for 30 days,the swimming time in the 0.500g/(kg·BW)group was longer than that in the negative control group(P<0.05),the plasma urea level in the 0.500g/(kg·BW)group was lower than that in the negative control group(P<0.05),and the liver glycogen reserve in the 1.500g/(kg·BW)group was higher than that in the negative control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Maca tablet has the effect of relieving physical fatigue.
