摘要
本研究以《城市公共自行车管理服务规范》为例,通过地方标准评估方法和过程设计、评估案例的选择、评估的实施及结果、分析标准实施效果等内容的研究,形成设计科学和系统的标准实施效果评估体系,并最终形成评估报告,为地方标准评估工作的进一步优化提供对策建议及参考。
This study in order to"City public bicycle management service specification"as an example,through the local standard evaluation method and process design,the selection of assessment case,the evaluation and analysis results,the implementation of the standard implementation effect the content such as research,form design scientific and systematic standard implementation effect evaluation system,and finally form the evaluation report,for further optimization of local standard assessment work suggestions and reference.
