摘要
在冶金生产工序中,钢材包装属于最后一道工序,可以保障产品质量,提高企业综合效益,使企业市场竞争力因此提高。打包机可以自动包装螺纹钢和角钢等棒材,具有较高的工作效率。针对棒材用打包机使用过程中的故障提出了针对性的处理措施,使棒材打包机的作用得到充分的发挥。
In the metallurgical production process,steel packaging is the last process,which can guarantee the product quality,improve the comprehensive benefits of enterprises,and the market competitiveness of enterprises.The packer can automatically pack rebar,angle steel and other bars with high efficiency.In view of the faults in the process of using bar packer,this paper puts forward corresponding treatment measures to give full play to the role of bar packer.
