摘要
由于公园城市的建设与发展是面向未来城市的伟大探索与实践,结合对我国人居环境发展进程的研究,提出了以“背景”“活动”与“建设”为三元,以“环境”为一体的三元一体式公园城市发展模式。并提供了基于三元一体理论的综合多部门协作平台,给出了公园城市三元一体9点规划设计内容,为公园城市的建设给出了4条发展路径。最后建立了一套完整的公园城市综合目标与价值评价标准。以期为公园城市的建设与发展模式研究提供一定的借鉴与参考。
The construction and development of park city is a great exploration and practice for the future city.Based on the research on the development process of human settlement environment in China,this paper puts forward a three-element integrated park city development model with"background","activity"and"construction"as the ternary and"environment"as a whole.It also provides a comprehensive multi-department cooperation platform based on the theory of three in one,gives the nine point planning and design content of three in one park city,and points out four development paths for the construction of park city.Finally,a complete set of comprehensive objectives and value evaluation criteria of park city is established in order to provide some reference for the construction and development model of park city.
