摘要
以超高层建筑的施工过程为研究对象,利用建筑信息模型(BIM)自身可模拟、可视化的特点,在空间建模的基础上,模拟具体施工过程,确保合理的施工安排及平面布置;通过分析、比较两大预算软件计算出的混凝土用量,选择恰当的混凝土预算软件,采用建筑信息模型技术节省了5.8%的造价,项目利润提高了26.8%,较传统的施工合同工期缩短了9%,同时符合绿色环保施工的要求能够实现建筑领域碳达峰、碳中和的目标,该技术的应用促进了建筑业的发展。
The construction process of super high-rise buildings is used as the research object.By using the characteristics of building information modeling(BIM)that can be simulated and visualized,on the basis of spatial modeling,the specific construction process is simulated to ensure reasonable construction arrangements and layout;By analyzing and comparing the concrete consumption calculated through two major budget software,the appropriate concrete budget software is selected.Adopting building information modeling technology can save 5.8%of labor cost,and the project profit is increased by 26.8%.The construction period is shortened by 9%compared with the traditional construction contract.At the same time,it accords with the requirements of green construction and achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality in the construction sector.The application of the technology has promoted the development of the construction industry.
