摘要
构建基于用户画像与资源画像联动的精准知识服务体系,从而有效提升高校图书馆知识资源服务效能,切实满足用户个性化的知识需求。通过剖析用户画像与资源画像的创建流程,明确“画像对接→服务传送→服务反馈→画像修正→画像对接”循环式的画像迭代与精准知识服务实现机制。利用画像拓展、画像聚类、画像演绎、画像追踪,高校图书馆能够更好地关切到用户全方位的知识需求,促进全共享知识社区的构建,实现全内容知识产品的生成,并达成全过程知识服务的优化。
This paper builds a precise knowledge service system based on the linkage of user profile and resource profile to improve the service efficiency of knowledge resources in university libraries and effectively meet the personalized knowledge needs of users.By analyzing the creation process of user profile and resource profile,the circular profile iteration and precise knowledge service realization mechanism of“profile docking→service providing→evaluation feedback→profile correction→profile docking”has been formed.Through profile expansion,profile clustering,profile deduction and profile tracking,university libraries can better pay attention to users' all-round knowledge needs,promote the construction of fully shared knowledge community,realize the generation of all-content knowledge products,and achieve the optimization of knowledge service in the whole process.
