大断面煤巷快速掘进空顶距及支护方案研究 被引量:15

摘要 为了提高小甘沟煤矿1102综放面大断面煤巷掘进效率,综合运用理论分析、数值模拟及现场试验手段,研究了大断面煤巷空顶距、支护方案。通过研究得出以下结论:基于大断面煤巷顶板岩层岩性、厚度、力学性质特征,利用薄板理论建立空顶区顶板力学模型,得到最大安全空顶距为3.2 m;将巷道原支护方案改进为“一次让压+二次补强”支护,并确定了二次补强滞后一次让压支护的合理距离为12.8 m;现场试验表明,在改进后的空顶距及支护方案下,巷道顶底板最大相对移近量为68 mm,两帮最大相对移近量为42 mm,巷道掘进效率比原来提高了60%,巷道实现了安全快速掘进。 In order to improve the driving efficiency of large section roadway in 1102 fully mechanized top coal caving face of Xiaogangou coal mine,the goaf roof spacing and support scheme of large section roadway are studied by means of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field test.The results are as follows:according to the characteristics of lithology,thickness and mechanics of roof rock in large cross-section coal roadway,the mechanical model of roof in empty roof area is established by using thin plate theory,and the maximum safe distance between roofs is 3.2 m,and the original support scheme of roadway is improved to“one step yielding+two times reinforcing”support,and the reasonable distance of second reinforcing lag and one step yielding support is determined to be 12.8 m,and field tests show that under the improved roof spacing and support scheme,the maximum relative displacement of roof and floor is 68 mm,the maximum relative displacement of two sides is 42 mm,the roadway driving efficiency is 60%higher than the original,and the roadway is safe and fast.
