空气置换法、电阻抗法与双能射线法检测中国运动员体脂百分比的比较研究 被引量:2

Validation of Air-displacement Plethysmography and Bioimpedance with DXA in Measuring Body Fat of Chinese Athletes

摘要 目的:探讨空气置换法和电阻抗法估测中国运动员不同身体质量指数(BMI)人群体脂含量的准确性和可重复性。方法:分别使用BOD POD和Inbody720(BIA)身体成分分析仪,并以双能射线骨密度仪(DXA)为对照,测量上海地区111名运动员受试者空腹状态下的身体成分。对低BMI组(BMI<18.5)、正常BMI组(18.5≤BMI≤24.99)和高BMI组(BMI≥25)测得的体脂百分比(%BF)进行统计比较。另选8名非运动员受试者参与仪器的重复性检验实验。结果:重复测试结果显示,3种仪器均可可靠估测%BF。运动员使用BOD POD/BIA测得的%BF在3组间均与DXA显著相关。在所有组间,BOD POD所测得%BF显著低于DXA(P<0.001)。BIA与DXA所测得%BF在低BMI组和正常BMI组无显著差异。在高BMI组,BIA所测得%BF均显著低于DXA(P<0.001)。Bland-Altman差值法分析图结果显示,在所有不同BMI组,BOD POD均倾向于低估受试者的%BF;而BIA倾向于低估高BMI人群的%BF。结论:1. BOD POD测量%BF具有一定的准确性。与DXA相比,BOD POD显著低估了体脂。2. BIA测量%BF重复一致性较高。与DXA相比,BIA可有效检测低BMI和正常BMI运动员的%BF,但会低估高BMI人群的%BF。BODPOD和BIA仪器内设的%BF推算方程应针对中国运动员受试者的样本进行相应调整。 Objective To validate the accuracy and reliability of measuring the body fat of Chineseathletes using the air-displacement plethysmography and bioelectrical impedance methods.Methods Thebody composition of 111 professional athletes recruited from Shanghai was measured using BOD PODand Inbody 720(BIA) respectively,and the results were compared with those measured using the dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA). The results of the percentage of body fat(%BF) were classified in-to the low body mass index(BMI)with BMI<18.5,the normal BMI(18.5≤ BMI≤ 24.99) and the highBMI(BMI≥ 25). Another 8 non-athletes were also measured to validate the reliability of these threemethods.Results All results measured using different methods were reliable. An almost perfect correla-tion of estimated %BF measured using the BOD POD/BIA and DXA was found in all three BMI groups(P<0.001). The average %BF according to the BOD POD was significantly lower than that by DXA inall three groups(P<0.001). The average %BF assessed using BIA was significantly lower than that using DXA(P<0.001) in the high BMI group,but no significant differences were found in the other twogroups. Bland-Altman plots showed that BOD POD tended to underestimate %BF of all subjects butBIA tended to underestimate %BF of the high BMI group.Conclusions BOD POD is of great accuracyin measuring %BF in Chinese athletes although it seems to significantly underestimate %BF comparedwith DXA. Compared with DXA,BIA is of great reliability in measuring the %BF of Chinese athleteswith low and normal BMI, but underestimate that of athletes with high BMI. Therefore, adjustmentshould be made to the embedded equations in BOD POD and BIA devices when they are used to mea-sure %BF of Chinese athletes.
