摘要
目的观察当归四逆加吴茱萸生姜汤联合枸地氯雷他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月收治的150例确诊为慢性荨麻疹患者为此次研究对象,并将其随机分为研究组和对照组,各75例。通过为期2周的临床治疗,记录2组风团和瘙痒临床症状的改善情况、总体治疗率、3个月内复发率及药物的不良反应。结果中西医联合治疗的研究组对于慢性荨麻疹临床症状的改善程度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的总体治疗率为93.33%,对照组总体治疗率为78.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3个月,研究组复发率低于对照组,且药物的不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当归四逆加吴茱萸生姜汤加味与枸地氯雷他定片联合使用可以改善慢性荨麻疹患者的临床症状,具有显著临床治疗效果,相对单一西药治疗,具有低药物不良作用及复发率的优势。
Objective To observe the actual clinical effect of Danggui Sini and Wuzhuyu Shengjiang decoction combined with desloratadine citrate tablets on chronic urticaria.Methods A total of 150 patients diagnosed with chronic urticaria who came to our dermatology clinic or hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.They were randomly divided into a study group and a control group,with 75 cases in each group.Through a one-month clinical treatment,the overall treatment rate,improvement of clinical symptoms,recurrence rate and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were recorded.Results The improvement degree of clinical symptoms of chronic urticaria in the study group under the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall treatment rate of the study group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 78.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Danggui Sini and Wuzhuyu Shengjiang decoction combined with desloratadine citrate tablets can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic urticaria and has a significant clinical therapeutic effect.Compared with single western medicine treatment,and it has the characteristics of low drug side effects and recurrence rate.
