摘要
目的:分析高度近视患者有晶体眼人工晶体植入术治疗中的优质护理体会。方法:选取2018年10月-2020年6月有晶体眼人工晶体植入术治疗的高度近视患者112例,数字表法分为两组,各56例。对照组给予常规护理;试验组给予优质护理。比较两组干预效果。结果:试验组术后疼痛评分及上皮愈合时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组干预后汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高度近视患者有晶体眼人工晶体植入术治疗中采取优质护理,能促进患者伤口愈合和缓解疼痛,有效减轻患者内心的焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低术后并发症发生率。
Objective:To analyze the high-quality nursing experience of phakic intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of patients with high myopia.Methods:From October 2018 to June 2020,112 patients with high myopia who were treated with phakic intraocular lens implantation were selected,they were divided into the two groups using the digital table method with 56 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care.The experimental group was given high-quality care.We compared the intervention effects of the two groups.Results:The postoperative pain score and epithelial healing time of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety(HAMA)and depression(HAMD)scores of the experimental group after intervention were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting high-quality nursing care in the treatment of phakic intraocular lens implantation in patients with high myopia can promote wound healing and relieve pain,effectively reduce anxiety and depression in patients,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
