摘要
前文已报道,β-二酮类与丙烯腈反应,我们分离出来了一氰乙基化合物,进而异构化为5,6-二取代3,4-二氢化-2(1H)吡啶酮。本文又合成了三个新的一氰乙基化合物:4-乙酰基-5-氧代辛腈(Ⅰ),4-乙酰基-6-甲基-5-氧代庚腈(Ⅱ),4-乙酰基-7-甲基-5-氧代辛腈(Ⅲ)。
β-Diketones(butyrylacetone,isobutyrylacetone,isovalerylacetone)were treated with acrylonitrile in the presence of aqueous potassium hydroxide giving monocyanoethylated-β-diketones(Ⅰ)-(Ⅲ),which by heating with HCl were isomerized to the corresponding 3,4-dihydro-2-(1H)pyridones(Ⅳ)-(Ⅵ).(Ⅰ)-(Ⅲ)were hydrolyzed to the ketoacids(Ⅶ)-(Ⅸ).semicarbazone(Ⅹ)-(ⅩⅤ)were prepared from 5-acetyl-6-methyl-3,4dihydyo-2(1H)pyridones;pyrazole(ⅩⅥ)-(ⅩⅨ)were prepared fromβ-diketoncids.compounds(Ⅰ)-(ⅩⅪ)were reported for the first time.
