摘要
针对同安煤矿主斜井过原天旺矿井小窑破坏垮落带时,围岩破碎严重、巷道掘进效率低、原顶板锚杆(索)支护失效率高等技术难题,对原支护进行优化,提出了"注浆+超前钢针支护+架设密集钢棚"等联合支护方案,提高了斜井掘进效率,有效控制过小窑区期间围岩失稳现象。
In view of the technical problems such as serious breakage of surrounding rock, low roadway driving efficiency and high failure rate of original roof bolt(cable) support when the main inclined shaft of Tongan Coal Mine passes through the original Tianwang Mine kiln, the original support is optimized. The combined support scheme such as "grouting + advanced steel needle support + erecting dense steel shed" is put forward, which improves the driving efficiency of inclined shaft and effectively controls the instability of surrounding rock during the period of passing through small kiln area.
