微型永磁电机转子辅助槽参数对齿槽转矩影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 永磁电机作为微型电机广泛应用于工业领域,但其齿槽转矩会引起振动和噪声,降低系统控制精度。为削弱齿槽转矩,基于齿槽转矩产生机制,结合能量法与傅里叶分解法,推导转子齿上开设辅助槽的永磁有刷直流电动机的齿槽转矩的数学解析式。基于Ansoft Maxwell对某款电机转子齿上开设辅助槽的数量、位置、槽口宽度、辅助槽深度以及辅助槽的形状等相关参数对齿槽转矩的影响进行分析,得到辅助槽参数和齿槽转矩峰峰值之间的关系,确定了辅助槽各优化参数的合理取值。优化结果表明:电机的齿槽转矩得到了有效抑制。 Permanent magnet brushless DC motor(PMBDC)has been widely used as a micro motor in automotive industry.However,the cogging torque of permanent magnet motor will cause vibration and noise,which will reduce the control accuracy of the system.Based on the cogging torque generation mechanism,combined with energy method and Fourier decomposition method,the mathematical expression of the cogging torque of permanent magnet brushless DC motor with auxiliary slots on the rotor teeth was derived.Based on Ansoft Maxwell,the influence of the number,location,width,depth and shape of the auxiliary slots on the cogging torque of the rotor teeth of the lifter motor of a certain vehicle's tail gate was analyzed.The relationship between the parameters of the auxiliary slot and the peak value of the cogging torque was obtained,and the reasonable values of the parameters were determined.The optimization results show that the cogging torque of the sample motor is effectively suppressed.
