摘要
《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》涉及根本性的制度及范式变革,改革成功的关键在于切实整顿行政化评价活动,整体提高教育评价的专业性。一是要认清教育评价现实问题,强化评价改革行动自觉;二是要把握评价改革核心要义,确立评价改革正确导向;三是要围绕评价改革根本聚焦,提升教育评价专业能力。
The General Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era involves both institutional transformation and paradigm change.The key to its success is professionalism in assessment,with such priority areas as creating enabling environment by reducing unnecessary administrative assessment programs and improving the professionalism of educational evaluation.First of all,real problems should be recognized and the self-consciousness of evaluation reform actions should be strengthened.The second is to grasp the core elements of evaluation reform and establish the correct orientation of evaluation reform.Lastly,we should attach great importance to the fundamental focus of evaluation reform and improve the professionalism of educational evaluation.
