摘要
目的分析营养饮食治疗小儿糖尿病患儿的临床效果。方法研究样本98例选取为2018年10月—2020年10月期间该院收治的小儿糖尿病患儿。纳入病例经区组随机化分组法分为研究组(n=49)、常态组(n=49)。为常态组患儿实施常规治疗,为研究组患儿开展营养饮食+常规治疗。比对分析两组临床疗效、血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白、胆固醇水平、三酰甘油以及相关营养指标。结果两组治疗前胆固醇水平、三酰甘油及糖化血红蛋白水平、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后血糖水平、胆固醇水平、三酰甘油水平均好于常态组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常态组患儿治疗总有效率相较于研究组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前血清钙、转铁蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后血清钙、转铁蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白水平均好于常态组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养饮食治疗小儿糖尿病患儿能够取得较为理想的治疗效果,有效稳定患者血糖水平,具有较高的推广应用价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of nutritional diet in the treatment of children with diabetes.Methods 98 cases of the study sample were selected as pediatric diabetic children admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to October 2020.The included cases were divided into study group(n=49)and normal group(n=49)by randomized grouping method.Carry out routine treatment for chidren in the normal group,and carry out nutritional diet+routine treatment for chidren in the study group.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose level,glycosylated hemoglobin,cholesterol level,triacylglycerol and related nutritional indicators of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in cholesterol levels,triacylglycerol and glycosylated hemoglobin levels,fasting blood glucose,and blood glucose 2 h after meals between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after the study group's in blood sugar level,cholesterol levels,and triacylglycerol levels after treatment was better than the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the normal group was significantly lower than that of the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference in serum calcium,transferrin,albumin,and prealbumin levels before treatment between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);Serum calcium,transferrin,albumin,and prealbumin levels in the study group after treatment were better than those in the normal group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional diet can achieve ideal therapeutic effects in the treatment of children with diabetes,effectively stabilize the blood glucose level of patients,and has a high value for promotion and application.
