摘要 为了对屋顶冰雪进行清除,设计了一种基于inventor和慧鱼创意组件实现三维设计和模型搭建的双向绞龙屋顶冰雪清除机。装置由双向绞龙除雪机构、积雪探测系统、铰链背负式机架和双轨行走机构组成。试验有效展示了该除雪装置在针对屋顶除雪表现出的模块化,高实用性,效果显著的特点,同时可用于机械相关课程教学,提升学生的创新意识。 For eliminating ice and snow on both sides of the roof,our team has designed a kind of mechanical eliminating device with two-way augers,which is on the basis of Inventor and fisher combination model so that it can realize three-dimension design and the modeling.This device is consist of the mechanism of two-way augers,the system of probing accumulated snow,hinge knapsack frame and the walking mechanism with double tracks.It has the characteristics of modularization,high practicability and remarkable effect.At the same time,it can be used in the teaching of mechanical engineering and rise the innovation consciousness among the undergraduate.
