摘要
目的探析细节护理应用于恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者化疗的临床效果。方法随机抽选该院2019年1月—2020年12月收治的80例恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者为观察对象,将其均分为两组,其中运用常规护理一组患者为对照组(n=40),运用细节护理一组患者为观察组(n=40),比较患者血糖水平、不良反应及生活质量差异。结果干预后,观察组空腹血糖为(8.78±0.69)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖为(12.98±0.77)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白为(12.58±0.79)%,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.532、4.175、14.277,P<0.05);观察组发生口腔炎、胃肠道反应等不良反应5例,其发生率12.50%,少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者躯体、心理、社会功能及物质生活4个方面生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节护理运用于恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者化疗中,稳定维持了患者的血糖水平,临床不良反应明显少于常规护理患者,支持推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of detailed nursing in patients with malignant tumor combined with diabetes chemotherapy.Methods Randomly selected from January 2019 to December 2020 treated 80 cases of malignant tumor patients with diabetes mellitus as observation object,were divided into two groups,one using conventional nursing group patients as control group(n=40),using the details a group of patients with nursing as observation group(n=40),patients'blood glucose levels,adverse reactions and quality of life were compared.Results After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose of the observation group was(8.78±0.69)mmol/L,the blood glucose of 2 h postprandial was(12.98±0.77)mmol/L,and the glycosylated hemoglobin was(12.58±0.79)%,which were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.532,4.175,14.277,P<0.05);5 cases of adverse reactions such as stomatitis and gastrointestinal reactions occurred in the observation group.The incidence was 12.50%,which was less than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in four aspects:physical,psychological,social function and material life,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of detailed nursing in the chemotherapy of patients with malignant tumor complicated with diabetes has stabilized the blood glucose level of the patients,and the clinical adverse reactions are significantly less than those of the conventional nursing patients,which supports the popularization and application.
