摘要
目的探讨对直肠癌伴糖尿病患者实施手术室综合护理的效果。方法选取该院2017年3月—2019年6月期间收治的90例直肠癌伴糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,对照组(45例)采用常规护理,研究组(45例)采用手术室综合护理,对比两组患者护理后恢复情况、血糖水平和压力性损伤发生率,调查两组护理满意度。结果护理后研究组患者血糖水平(6.15±0.78)mmol/L低于对照组(8.54±0.96)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=12.962,P<0.05);研究组患者术后排气(2.15±0.96)d,排便(3.56±1.23)d,首次下床活动时间(3.98±0.36)d,住院时间(12.56±4.75)d等恢复情况较对照组术后排气(3.56±1.21)d,排便(4.36±1.26)d,首次下床活动时间(5.69±0.59)d,住院时间(16.36±5.24)d短,差异有统计学意义(t=6.124、3.048、16.597、3.604,P<0.05)。研究组压力性损伤发生率(0.00%)低于对照组(11.11%)差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.294,P<0.05)。研究组护理舒适度(23.36±3.14)分,护理主动性(40.96±3.44)分,护理亲和度(32.73±3.63)分,护理专业性(41.78±3.02)分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.423、12.602、10.353、9.587,P<0.05)。结论运用手术室综合护理,在直肠癌伴糖尿病患者中的效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing in operating room for rectal cancer patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 90 cases of rectal cancer with diabetes mellitus admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to June 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(45 cases)received routine nursing,while the study group(45 cases)received comprehensive nursing in operation room.The recovery rate,blood sugar level and pressure injury incidence rate of two groups were compared,and the nursing satisfaction of two groups was investigated.Results After nursing,the blood glucose level of the study group was(6.15±0.78)mmol/L lower than that of the control group(8.54±0.96)mmol/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.962,P<0.05);the recovery of postoperative exhaust(2.15±0.96)d,defecation(3.56±1.23)d,first out of bed activity time(3.98±0.36)d and hospital stay(12.56±4.75)d in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(3.56±1.21)d,defecation(4.36±1.26)d,first out of bed activity time(5.69±0.59)d and hospital stay(16.36±5.24)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.1243.048、16.597、3.604,P<0.05).The incidence of pressure injury in the study group(0.00%)was lower than that in the control group(11.11%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.294,P<0.05).The scores of nursing comfort(23.36±3.14)points,nursing initiative(40.96±3.44)points,nursing affinity(32.73±3.63)points and nursing specialty(41.78±3.02)points in the study group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.423,12.602,10.353,9.587,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing in operation room is significant in rectal cancer patients with diabetes mellitus.
