摘要
运用扎根理论,提炼第三方物流企业网络能力的构成要素,构建了第三方物流企业网络能力结构维度模型。结果显示,第三方物流企业网络能力涵盖网络规划能力、网络运作能力和网络管理能力,分别着眼于战略性、操作性和优化性。厘清第三方物流企业网络能力结构维度不仅为开展实证研究提供测量工具,还为第三方物流企业构建网络能力提供思路,也可以为政府制定物流产业政策提供理论依据。
Based on the grounded theory, the paper summarized the constituting elements of the network capability of the third party logistics enterprises and constructed the structural dimension mode for it. The result shows that the network capability of the third party logistics enterprises includes network planning, network operation and management capability, which focuses respectively on strategy,operation and optimization.
