摘要
针对新冠肺炎疫情影响下的快递无接触配送问题,提出了一种智能快递柜的选址模型,并以哈尔滨市香坊区为例对模型进行验证。结果表明,该模型能够减少人群接触、实现无接触式快递柜配送方式,并且极大程度上满足了顾客需求、提高了配送自动化水平、减少了配送成本,具有极其可观的应用价值。
To solve the problems of contactless delivery under the impact of COVID-19, we proposed a site selection model for intelligent express cabinets, and took the Xiangfang District of Harbin as an example to verify the model. The result showed that the said model could reduce the crowd contacts and realize the contactless delivery mode with express cabinets. In the meanwhile, it could meet the customers demand to a large extent, improve the automated distribution level, and reduce distribution cost.
